Chapter 10 Learning Magic
Chapter 10 Learning Magic
A red beam of light suddenly shot out and passed between the two!
The intensely hot air currents it generated caused the Ringwraith with his armored hand to abruptly retract his arm.
The Ringwraiths stared intently at the source of the attack.
At the same time, the five Ringwraiths around them all turned to look.
At that moment, Iron Glory, pressed against the horse's back and holding a laser pistol, pulled the trigger repeatedly, unleashing several beams of red light that caused the Ringwraiths, who had been forming a relatively dense formation, to scatter in order to avoid the attack.
Meanwhile, their howls rose and fell, attempting to mentally assault Tie Hui and knock him off his horse.
But this is clearly no longer working!
Taking advantage of this opportunity, Alvin once again accelerated the speed of his divine steed.
Although I feel sorry for it, I can't pity it now!
Meanwhile, two more Ringwraiths that were surrounding Alvin turned to Ironbeard, who were trying to stop their pursuit.
Tie Hui watched as the two Ringwraiths quickly parted to either side, then drew his bow and arrows.
This scene terrified him!
This thing was made in the Demon Cave. If it gets even a little bit injured, it might end up just like Frodo.
If he were to shoot a horse, he would fall straight off.
That would be even worse!
He immediately hardened his heart and didn't care about having any trump cards anymore.
He put away the laser pistol and took out the M36 laser rifle from the dimensional space.
The two Ringwraiths were incredulous when their target suddenly produced an unfamiliar object.
Before they could react, an even denser beam of red light swept towards them from all directions.
Tie Hui wrapped the reins around his arm, held the laser rifle in both hands, and fired wildly at the Ringwraith.
That's a rifle!
As long as you adjust the gear correctly, it's a burst of fire!
Although my accuracy wasn't perfect during the horseback riding, I still managed to get by with sheer volume.
This forced the two Ringwraiths to panic and begin to flee.
But it was no use; several lasers struck their horses directly.
The laser rifle was so powerful that it pierced through the horse's body.
The two Ringwraiths fell to the ground with a thud, kicking up a cloud of dust.
Hearing the sound, Alvin, who was speeding away ahead, turned around and couldn't help but smile.
Seeing that the crisis had passed, Tie Hui spurred his horse on, and the horse galloped towards Alwen.
Now only three Ringwraiths remain by his side!
It no longer poses a serious threat to Alvin, and Tie Hui is on his way at breakneck speed.
After the surrounding dangers disappeared, Tie Hui straightened his back with ease and began to aim and fire.
Every now and then, red lasers streaked past the three Ringwraiths, the scorching air they stirred sending shivers down their spines.
The three Ringwraiths exchanged a glance, then howled in resentment as they retreated.
Watching the Ringwraiths depart into the distance, Ironhide breathed a sigh of relief.
Although, according to the original plot, the ending is the same.
However, after he joined, many uncontrollable changes did occur in the process.
For example, why did these Ringwraiths target him from the very beginning?
Tie Hui didn't understand this at all, but he knew that because of his time travel, many things in the original plot had changed.
Perhaps by now his identity information has already been registered with the Demon Lord Sauron and the White-Robed Saruman.
Thinking this, he then made a self-deprecating remark.
He composed himself, suppressed the question in his heart, and quickened his pace toward Rivendell.
When the group returned to Rivendell, King Elrond was treating Frodo.
Arwen sat wearily on a bench outside the room, while Gandalf leaned on his staff, smoking his pipe with a solemn expression.
Aragorn looked at Gandalf, who nodded in response, which put his mind at ease.
Then he went to Alvin's side, took her hand, and gently comforted her about the grief she had endured along the way.
Although Tie Hui was also exhausted, he knew the plot of the original drama.
Therefore, I don't have much emotion about the current treatment.
Gandalf exhaled a puff of smoke and turned to look at Ironhide, who was resting to the side.
"Mr. Turak! Thank you for your help! I've heard about all the dangers you've faced along the way!" Gandalf came to his side and sat down.
Tie Hui shook his head: "It's nothing!"
He was exhausted and didn't want to say anything, but then something occurred to him, and he looked intently at Gandalf: "Mr. Gandalf! As a Maiar, you must know magic, right?"
Gandalf, seeing the expectant look on the boy's face, felt a chill run down his spine; a bad feeling washed over him. "Ah, yes!"
Tie Hui raised an eyebrow: "Then can you teach me magic?"
Gandalf: "..."
"What are you thinking about?" Aragorn walked over at that moment. He and Arwen had just overheard their conversation.
"Ordinary humans can't learn magic! Only those with special bloodlines like the descendants of Númenor, Black Númenor, and Ringwraiths, who have fallen from grace, can use magic or witchcraft to a limited extent." He then sat down beside them, gesturing with his hand to show himself: "Even I can't learn it!"
Alvin spoke up at this moment. Although she was still heartbroken by Frodo's fate, she could sense that Frodo's life was slowly recovering: "Aragorn has the blood of a human king! He didn't learn magic! He only has some protective spells that are inherent in his blood!"
Tie Hui narrowed his eyes and crossed his legs: "So... ordinary human bloodlines can't learn magic, only specific bloodlines can?"
Aragorn nodded, and Arwen offered words of comfort: "Turak! I know you're feeling terrible, but it's fate! There's no way to change it!"
It was only then that Tie Hui suddenly remembered that Alwen, the daughter of King Elrond, was able to sense changes in other people's inner emotions.
He immediately took a few deep breaths to calm himself down and stop dwelling on the issue of bloodline.
But still, somewhat unwilling to give up, he asked, "Is it really impossible for me to learn?"
Gandalf, seeing that he was still unwilling to give up, smoked his pipe and fell into deep thought. Finally, as if making a decision, he said, "Perhaps Queen Galadriel in the Golden Forest has a solution! After things are resolved here, you can come with me to ask her!"
Tie Hui nodded in agreement, but he was still bothered by the matter in his heart.
Although the One Ring is something he must obtain, he should learn magic as early as possible.
Otherwise, once the Ring returns to Warhammer, it will take some effort to learn it.
Who knows, some demons or warp spirits wandering in the warp might suddenly appear and, at a crucial moment, deliver a huge blow to him.
Thinking of this, he couldn't help but raise his hand and touch the imperial statue necklace that was pressed against his skin through his clothes.
He silently prayed for the Emperor's blessing, then dragged his weary body back to his room to rest.
