Chapter 107 Thunder Operation: Call in reinforcements and raid homes!
Dudley was staring at the stars through the telescope when his keen hearing suddenly alerted him to the approach of a living creature.
Before astronomy class, in order to improve his eyesight and to be prepared for any unexpected situations, he cast a Senses Charm on himself and Harry.
This is a spell that can simultaneously enhance the five senses in a short period of time; it works very well.
At this moment, the Extrasensory Spell has worked!
Dudley spotted Mrs. Lorris, who was quietly squeezing through the classroom door and walking towards him with a cat-like gait, before anyone else in the class.
He immediately waved to Mrs. Lorris, signaling it to leave through the door first.
Then, he nudged Harry, who had also noticed something amiss, stood up abruptly, and said to the dark-skinned female professor who taught astronomy:
“Professor Sinister, I suddenly remembered that Headmaster Dumbledore wanted to talk to Harry and me tonight. I’m sorry.”
Dali said he was sorry, but his expression showed no sign of embarrassment whatsoever.
Fortunately, Professor Aurora Sinister was only concerned with the mysteries of the stars and didn't care much about Dudley's intentions. Without much thought, she agreed immediately:
"Since it is Professor Dumbledore's will, then you may go! Unfortunately, the main star of Aquarius is showing signs of dimming tonight, so you will not be able to observe it."
Dudley didn't take Professor Sinesta's words to heart, simply nodded, and then led Harry away from the classroom.
Once outside the classroom, Dudley walked over to Mrs. Lorris, who was squatting by the door waiting, and took the note from her mouth.
Upon opening it, one would find a note that described Eckeris sneaking out of the castle in the dead of night.
"They hid so well, yet they slipped up so quickly? Was it an innocent person's accidental coincidence? Was the real infiltrator deliberately creating a diversion? Or was Voldemort's appetite simply too great, forcing his carefully cultivated subordinates to take such a risk?"
A flood of thoughts rushed through Dudley's mind, and flames erupted in his hand, instantly burning the note Filch had passed to ashes.
"Cousin, what happened?"
Seeing Dudley's silence, Harry couldn't help but ask.
"The source of your nightmares may have revealed itself. Let's go, Harry!"
While answering, Dali made plans for the next move, deciding to launch a direct attack on the enemy's stronghold!
Dudley and Harry hadn't gone far when they ran into Filch, who was running up to them, panting heavily.
This fellow was very eager to please. Fearing that the note might not be clear enough, and thinking that Dali might give him other orders, he followed behind Mrs. Lorris and hurried to the Astronomical Tower.
Upon seeing Filch arrive, Dudley bluntly gave the order:
"Go, find Dumbledore as quickly as possible, tell him what you've discovered, and also tell him about Hagrid, the Forbidden Forest, and the unicorn!"
"Yes, Assistant Professor Dursley!"
Filch immediately responded, ignoring his own exhaustion, and picked up Mrs. Lorris who had run over, heading straight for the headmaster's office on the eighth floor of the castle.
After Dudley and Harry descended the Astronomy Tower, Dudley assigned his cousin another task:
"Harry, Hogwarts told me that Peeves is currently wandering around the fourth floor of the castle. Go find Peeves and tell him to come to Ecclesia's office to see me! After delivering the message, you can go back to the tower and continue your astronomy class!"
"Yes, cousin!"
Harry heard his cousin's instructions but didn't ask why; he simply did as instructed. He trusted that his cousin would explain the situation to him later.
Dudley didn't stop at all. His legs glowed red, adding immense strength. It looked like he was walking, but he was actually running. Before long, guided by the Hogwarts superconsciousness, he arrived at the door of Ecclesia's office.
Ecclesiass cast a reverse-locking spell on the door, making it impossible for ordinary wizards to open.
However, after Dudley expressed his intention to enter the office room, the door was opened directly by the Hogwarts superconscious, without Dudley having to lift a finger.
After Dudley entered, he looked around and found that Professor Eckeris was a meticulous person; the various items were arranged in a pleasing, orderly, and harmonious manner.
But at this moment, the person these items were facing, Dudley, was no ordinary person!
"Bang! Clang! Clang! Snap..."
Dudley used both his hands and cane to roughly turn Eckeris's office upside down, carefully examining every item and container, and carelessly discarding anything that he couldn't find a problem with.
Fifteen minutes later, Eckeris's office was a complete mess, with personal belongings scattered everywhere and smashed to pieces.
That scene was even worse than being attacked by bandits.
Even Peeves, who arrived halfway through, couldn't help but marvel at Dudley's destructive power, which was even a level higher than his own.
After a thorough and satisfying search, Eccles' exquisite suitcase naturally did not escape Dudley's keen eye.
"Reveal your secret! Show yourself now!"
Dudley stretched out his finger and touched the constellation pattern engraved on the suitcase. He vaguely sensed that there was residual magic in that area.
The next instant, a burst of silvery-white starlight erupted from the suitcase, directly negating the Scapin Revealing Charm cast by Dudley.
"It seems that the general-purpose revealing spell cannot uncover the secret hidden in this suitcase."
Dali understood the current situation; it seemed that Old Deng would have to step in again.
He simply drew a circle in mid-air and, amidst the terrified look in Mischief's eyes, tossed Eckeris's suitcase into his personal space.
He was now 50-60% certain that the hidden compartment in the suitcase contained Eckeris's shameful memories.
If he guessed wrongly and wrongly accused an innocent person, then there's nothing more to be done:
"Mischievous Ghost!"
Dudley stood up and shouted.
"Dressley, teaching assistant, I'm here!"
Seeing that the terrifying little black circle had disappeared, Pipi Ghost hurriedly and eagerly flew to Dali's side, ready to be at his beck and call.
"You stay here and wait. If Dumbledore and I get back here before dawn, then you're out of the picture."
But if Professor Eckeris returns here first, then you'll be in big trouble for taking the blame.
You should unleash your true nature and arrogantly tell that professor you dislike her, so you ransacked her place. If she presses you about the whereabouts of your suitcase, just say you burned it, tore it up, or threw it in Black Lake…
You probably already know all the crazy ways to play these pranks, right?
Dudley calmly used Pippi the Ghost to arrange a backup plan.
Pipi Ghost paused for a moment. He was always the one who framed and tricked others, but now... it seemed like he was the one who was going to frame and trick others. Why did it feel so strange?
However, just feeling strange wasn't enough to make him disobey the great and terrible Dursley teaching assistant.
"I understand, Assistant Dursley! I certainly won't let you down!"
As Pipi Ghost spoke, he bowed deeply to Dali.
Dudley nodded in satisfaction, then picked up his cane and strode away from Eckeris's office, heading straight for the castle gate on the first floor.
