Chapter 3 The Allure of Ninjutsu
Looking at the huge hole blasted open by Xi Yan, Barry and the others were so shocked that their eyes bulged out.
What did they see?
Two enormous water dragons appeared out of nowhere on the sea, and then they blasted the water gods apart!
Subconsciously, Biple Lulu swallowed hard and said, "This...this is the ninja guy's strength?!"
This is truly terrifying.
"That's incredible!" Zambry exclaimed excitedly. "With such a powerful person accompanying us to rescue our brother, we can definitely do it!"
"profound!"
"Not only that, this guy can manipulate seawater..." Barry said.
He could see it clearly: the other party had somehow manipulated the sea, turning it into two water dragons.

"Ninja brother is awesome!" Chimney said.
"Young people these days are really amazing," Grandma Kokoro remarked.
The group of people were right by the window and witnessed the two water dragons from their formation to their attack; it was incredibly awe-inspiring.
"Yes, ninjutsu." west Yan chuckled and sat down in a nearby seat, saying, "This is water-style ninjutsu."
"Water escape?"
"Yes, Water Release," west Yan explained, "It's an attribute of ninjutsu."
"Do you have any other attributes?"
"Of course," west Yan said proudly. "I possess five types of chakra, and I also have some knowledge of Yin-Yang Release and sealing techniques."
I've sneaked into Danzo Shimura's Root organization quite a few times, and I've even seen some of his secret techniques.
For example... the Multiply Technique!
In a sense, the technique of multiplication can be considered a form of Yang Escape.

"Of course," Sanji said with a smile. "But let's talk about this another time."
Sanji was also quite curious about what ninjas were like, but he also knew what to do at what time.
"Alright, let's get down to business." Sanji said seriously, "Luffy, I now know why Robin left us, so I'd like to get your authorization!"

"Authorization to declare war!"
