Leading Spider Gwen and the two "Poison Ivy Lolis" to stand beside the "Lord Hunter" family, Connors corrected them:
"Gwen, you're wrong about one thing you just said."
Spider Gwen was taken aback, not immediately understanding what Connors was referring to:
"What?"
Little Ivy and Alice also tilted their little heads to look at Connors.
"Not all zombies were wiped out by 'Scarlet Witch' with a single sentence; at least one zombie survived."
Connors said that the fact that "zombie Wolverine" is still alive is a major headache for him.
He couldn't understand why so many zombies had disappeared, but Logan, whose healing abilities couldn't even resist the zombie virus, had survived. There must be something fishy going on.
Spider-Gwen frowned in thought, quickly recalling the scene in the zombie universe:
All the zombies had vanished without a trace, except for "Zombie Wolverine," "Hulk," and "Deadpool," who were locked in a fierce battle and showed no signs of losing their lives.

But Connors shook his head and did not directly awaken the "Lord Hunter" who was trapped in a false dream as Little Ivy had suggested. Instead, he led the three girls slowly out of the "Lord Hunter's" house.
"What's wrong?" Ashley looked at Connors curiously.
"It's alright," Connors looked around, picked up a sofa from the Mystery House, plopped down, and then beckoned to the three girls, "Come sit down too, I'll tell you a story."
Although they didn't understand why Connors didn't just wake up the "Lord Hunter" who was lost in the dream, Ivy and Esley obediently did as they were told, each of them clinging to Connors' arm.
The sofa was big enough, but Connors was surrounded by "Poison Ivy" on both sides, so Spider Gwen had to sit next to the three of them, but she still kept stealing glances at Connors.

Aisley and Spider Gwen were incredibly envious, but eventually, the story ended and reality had to be faced. Aisley asked:
"What does this story have to do with the 'Lord Hunter's' descent into the dream world?"
"He's the only 'Green Martian' left in the entire universe. If it weren't for the existence of another 'Mars Manhunter' on Earth Zero, he might have been left all alone."
Connors said slowly:
"Although 'Lord Hunter' John Jones has joked with 'Superman' in a lighthearted tone, saying they're both orphans in the universe, if given the chance, he would definitely do everything in his power to save his people."
"Although the dream is fake, it is still a rare and beautiful dream for the 'Lord Hunter'. Let him spend a little more time with his family."
The two little girls looked at each other with deep sympathy and nodded in unison in agreement with Connors' idea.
Spider-Gwen, after all, is an adult, both physically and mentally, and she said with some concern:
"But—if he truly believes in this false dream, isn't it too cruel to wake him up and bring him back to the cold, hard reality?"
Connors looked at Spider Gwen in surprise, not expecting that this girl had even considered this aspect:
"If necessary, I will stop the flow of time in the 'Mysterious House,' even if it means waiting for the 'Lord Hunter' to spend the rest of his life with his family in a dream before waking up. I will wait for him."
Little Ivy stuck out a finger and poked the soft flesh on Connors' waist:
"Hey, that sounds a little ambiguous."
Spider-Gwen, however, suddenly realized:
"No wonder your title is 'The Watcher,' so that's what it means?"
Gwen was lost in thought—. Connors quickly corrected her:
"That's just a title; I'm doing this out of consideration for our 'friendship.'"
Just as the group was sitting on the sofa talking and chatting, the dream world suddenly began to tremble violently. A crack appeared in the air, and a pair of earthen-yellow claws emerged from the crack, slowly tearing a hole in the dream space.
"But I cannot watch anyone succumb to the 'watcher' because of Morgan le Fay's dreams."
The newcomer was none other than Iteragan, the demon who had awakened from his dream at some unknown time!
"You're awake?" Connors sat on the sofa without moving.
Ignoring Connors, the demon Itrigan leaped into the air with a powerful stomp on the Martian ground, then crashed heavily into the Lord Hunter's dream home, his entire body engulfed in flames.
The "Lord Hunter" was reuniting with his wife and son when suddenly a large hole appeared in the roof, and the demon Itrigan opened his gaping maw full of sharp teeth:
"You idiot! Only the weak are deceived by illusions. I, the demon Itrigan, command you to awaken!"
