Chapter 184 Bat Cave Transformed into a Prison
It was completely sealed, with only a small opening about the size of a person at the top. The lead container where Connors was located was something that most people couldn't handle.
But Connors, the "outsider," remained completely calm and even listed out the various ways he could escape.
"Polymer chain" is one example, "virtualization" from the Zatanna Society is another, and "telepathic transfer" is yet another.
If things get a bit more violent, "magnification," "lock-picking mastery," and "tricks" can all help him escape the lead container.
But Connors wasn't in a hurry to escape the lead canister. He first used "Etherealization" to make himself not take up volume, then threw a "Kusama Man" in the same spot, and then transformed the "Kusama Man" into a mass and size similar to that of a physical body.
After ensuring that "Kusama Man" remained inside without arousing Batman's suspicion due to his weight, Connors withdrew from the sealed lead container.
Just then, the gray-suited Batman, who had stayed on Earth 3 and hadn't gone to Earth 0, got up from his seat.
Connors, in his ethereal form, followed behind him, waiting to see what this guy was planning to do.
Following Batman's steps, Connors also figured out where he was.
This is the Bat Cave, but it has been completely transformed beyond recognition compared to before.
Besides Batman's various planes, vehicles, and suits, there are also items belonging to other members of the "Lord of Justice".
Moreover, compared to the previously not-so-large bat cave, this place now seems to have been expanded, and is as big as three football fields.
Metal buildings and glass walls are everywhere, and judging from the facilities inside the transparent glass walls, it looks a bit like a prison.
It's less like a Batcave and more like Batman moved Arkham Asylum here.
"Lord Batman" didn't walk for long; he soon stopped in front of a glass wall.
The blurred Connors approached, only to see Batman from Earth Zero bound and motionless in the shape of the Chinese character for "fire," but his mind was clear. Seeing Lord Batman approach the glass cage holding him, Batman spoke in a low voice:
"Answer me one question. Why do this?"
Lord Batman answered in the same deep voice:
"Because you and your friends are unable to do what you're supposed to do, you're unable to handle the troubles of your world."
Inside the glass prison, Batman, whose hands and feet were tightly bound, tried desperately to break free, but to no avail.
Seeing this, the Lord Batman, who was standing outside, reminded him:
"The restraint device is equipped with a detection system, so I will know your every move."
"Your 'savior,' the 'outsider,' shouldn't count on him either. He'll be encased in tens of tons of lead and sunk into the sea. This time, no one will come to save you."
The Batman of Earth Zero remained silent, staring intently at the "Lord Batman" separated by a glass partition.
"We have been observing your world, but ever since you started fighting over Pandora's Box, you have made one mistake after another."
"If you could be like us, accepting sanctions for all conflicts, prohibiting all unfriendly behavior, and making everything regulated, calm, and peaceful."
"So even if the 'Criminal Syndicate' arrives, you'll be able to take them down immediately."
"But in reality, you've suffered a crushing defeat, and you even need an 'outsider,' Lex Luthor leading the 'Injustice League' to save the world."
Batman from Earth Zero listened quietly to what he had said. He didn't refute the other person, but instead asked:
"So, you've considered everything?"
"No, I only considered the things you've considered," said Lord Batman.
After saying that, he turned and left without lingering at Earth Zero Batman, and went to another glass prison.
This is where Earth Zero's Flash is imprisoned.
The energetic "Flash" gritted his teeth, twisting and turning, desperately trying to break free of his restraints.
Connors even saw "The Flash" vibrating rapidly all over his body, his whole body becoming blurry and indistinct.
He plans to use the "Speed Force" to achieve molecular resonance and break free from its constraints.
But "Lord Batman" stood motionless outside the glass wall, his hands hidden beneath his gray cloak:
"Don't worry, each cage is tailor-made for your abilities."
"The Flash" angrily shouted at "Lord Batman":
"What are you looking at! Huh? You locked us up here and came to our world to replace us?"
The Lord Batman's expression remained unchanged:
"Stay calm. One day you'll be grateful for all of this."
"Calm down? Grateful? Is that it? I don't think 'Hawkgirl' will be grateful to you." The Flash gritted his teeth.
This happened shortly after "Hawkeye" from Earth Zero joined the Justice League, and she was also injured by "Lord Green Lantern" from Earth Three.
"That was just an accident, she's been taken to the hospital," Lord Batman said.
"The Flash" turned his face to one side and said in a huff:
"I don't want to hear this."
"Lord Batman" sighed almost imperceptibly:
Believe me, the last thing I want to see is lose another one—
"Another one?" The Flash turned his head back.
"Lord Batman" stopped speaking and stood silently in place.
Connors, in his ethereal state, frowned and glanced suspiciously at the "Lord Batman" beside him.
He has remained conscious ever since he followed the portal from Earth Zero to the high-voltage metal discharge room on Earth Three.
After realizing the room was electrified, he had already used "polymer chain mimicry" to transform his body into an insulator and regain his consciousness. Connors had already noticed that this group of "law lords of justice" was missing people, at least the one-armed Aquaman and the Flash were not there.
Given the current ambiguous attitude of "Batman the Lord," it's possible that "The Flash" and "Aquaman" are already dead.
It hasn't been long since I went to Earth Zero, but it seems like many years have passed since Earth Three.
The "Justice League" that he once built has become the "Lords of Justice," and those fledgling superheroes have become cunning and shrewd.
"I wonder how 'Catwoman' Selena, Zatanna, and 'Silk' Cindy are doing," Connors muttered to himself.
"Lord Batman" didn't stay in place for long; he quickly turned and left the Batcave.
As for Mr. Fantastic Reed, he neither went to Earth Zero with Lord Superman and the others, nor did he go with Lord Batman.
I don't know where he went.
The cages in the Batcave are transparent. Batman from Earth Zero looks at the Flash next door and says in a low voice, "I think he likes you."
"Why? Because of my magnetic voice?" The Flash asked casually.
"No, it's more likely related to the Flash's situation in this world," Batman said.
He also figured out the key to the matter in just a few minutes.
"Have you figured out a way to escape from here?" the Flash asked.
"Not yet," Batman said.
The Flash continued to writhe and struggle. "This time, even the 'Outsider' has been caught. We can only rely on ourselves."
Batman from Earth Zero didn't respond; he simply stood silently in place.
Connors, in a state of nothingness, glanced at the unconscious Superman and Green Lantern, but showed no intention of helping them.
He needs to go to this world to find "Catwoman" Selena, "Silk" Cindy, and Zatanna, and also find out what this world has become.
