Chapter 103: Parting the Earth in the Middle
The sky was shrouded in a thick cloud of smoke and dust. Even though some of it had been dispersed by the factory, everything was still dark except for a small area overhead.
But as Connors threw a punch, a hurricane rose from the ground, blowing Batman and the others who were watching from afar off course.
But they weren't the target of Connors's fist; the spaceship overhead, which was constantly accelerating in an attempt to escape, was.
Centered on Connors, the ground around him cracked and collapsed, and a visible white fist-like gust of wind flew out and struck the spaceship.
The massive "Imperial Power" spaceship was pierced by the force of the punch. The punch was so fast that the edges of the piercing were perfectly clean before the spaceship exploded.
The force of the punch remained undiminished, piercing through the spaceship before soaring into the sky, splitting the dense smoke and dust—enough to block out sunlight—in two.
Visually, it looked as if this distant punch had torn the entire sky apart, with the separated dust surging like turbulent waves, exposing the whole sky.
Even after it disappeared from sight, the force of the punch did not dissipate; instead, it caused the nearby ruins to collapse further.
"What did he do—" Barry's mouth dropped open; he couldn't understand why Connors' punch was so powerful.
"If I let go and do it freely, I can do it too—"
Clark silently weighed the force Connors needed to deliver that punch.
"Master Wayne, is it necessary to iterate the 'Anti-Outsider Armor'?" Alfred asked Batman, who was looking up at the sky and remained silent, through the intercom.
"What kind of monster is this? The Green Lantern Ring clearly scanned him, and he's obviously just an ordinary person?" Hal patted the Green Lantern Ring on his hand, almost suspecting that there was something wrong with the ring.
But the lamp ring is fine. When Connors threw a punch just now, Hal even created a barrier to protect everyone from getting a mouthful of sand.
But Hal Jordan still didn't understand why Connors' punch had such power.

Connors then walked over to the seven superheroes and waved his hand in front of them:
"Wake up, it's dawn."
"Connors, I never knew you were this amazing! Can you even survive in space?"
"Superman," Clark said with some excitement.
The others stared at Connors with strange expressions. Even though seven or eight minutes had passed and "Mars Manhunter" John Jones had returned to normal, the group couldn't figure out how Connors had done it.
"Not yet, why are you suddenly bringing this up?" Connors asked Clark, looking at him with a puzzled expression.
"Is that so? That's a shame," Clark said sadly.
Connors was even more confused.
"I've always felt like I live in a world made of paper, constantly having to be careful not to break anything or anyone, and I absolutely cannot allow myself to lose control, even for a short while, because someone could die as a result."
Clark stared intently at Connors:
"With the strength you just demonstrated, you should be able to withstand it, right, outsider?"
"Come on, don't say that to Darkseid," Connors said, waving his hands repeatedly.
Clark is itching for a fight?
He realized that Superman had never encountered a truly formidable opponent since his debut, and he was itching to unleash his full power after seeing his own punch just now.
"No, I mean, maybe we could cut it out in space—" Clark explained.
"The kind of 'friendship first' kind of thing?" "The Flash," Barry interjected. "Darkseid? Connors has mentioned another name I've never heard of." Batman silently noted it down.
"No, what's the point of fighting with you? Why don't you introduce your cousin to me?" Connors refused Clark's request.
His punch was purely the result of using the three abilities of "amplification," "human limits," and "master of lock picking" simultaneously, and it was not long-lasting.
If Superman Clark were to want to, he could not only give Earth a middle parting, but also change his hairstyle at will.
However, just because it's not possible now doesn't mean it won't be possible in the future. Connors didn't dwell on the topic and instead gathered everyone together:
"Each of you may have once thought that you could save the world on your own, but as you have seen this time, all seven of you are indispensable."
Connors began to transform into a charlatan, chanting:
"Your collaboration saved the planet, and I believe that if you continue as a team, you will be a force capable of fighting for peace and justice."
"Like 'Speed' and the others?" Barry said.
Hal Jordan, aka Green Lantern, glanced instinctively at Connors' right hand, where he still wore the Justice Society's "JS" ring.
It seems that Connors has never taken it off since returning from the seaside town.
"That's right. Like 'Speed' and his group, you should also work together and become a Justice League."
Connors was pleased with "The Flash" Barry's compliment and nodded in agreement.
But Barry clearly knows not only how to praise, but also how to undermine:
"This name is too tacky. How about 'Super Flashy Alliance'?"
Hal, the Green Lantern, silently stepped forward and covered Barry's mouth:
"Brother, you're making me look bad. —The outsider is right, we really should work together. Count me in."
"Boo hoo hoo!" Barry couldn't speak because his mouth was covered, but he still raised one hand excitedly to indicate that he wanted to join in.
"Aquaman" Arthur watched Hal and Barry bickering. He was the only one who was rebuilding Atlantis properly, but Connors threw him into the sky.
However, Arthur was not opposed to forming an alliance:
"Atlantis has also joined."
He even included his own kingdom's influence in the calculation.
"Connors, is this the organization you told me about before?" Diana looked at Connors. "I'm joining too."
Batman remained silent for a long time; he understood this better than anyone else, and then spoke in a low voice:
"Please contact me anytime if you need help."
"John, how about you?" Clark looked at "Mars Manhunter." "Are you alright?"
After recovering from his weakness, the Martian remained silent and depressed.
"My family and loved ones are long gone; I am the last Martian," John Jones said, his eyes downcast and his voice filled with sorrow.
"I know, I understand how that feels." Clark put a hand on John's shoulder.
"Now the Martian race is completely wiped out, and I am the only one left in the universe." John Jones was still in low spirits.
Connors also came over and put his arm around the green Martian's other shoulder:
"John, we can never take the place of your lost family, but we would be very honored if you could make this earth your home."
"Mars Manhunter" John Jones turned to look at Connors, his low-set eyebrows slowly lifting, and the corners of his mouth curving into a less-than-pleasing smile.
"So now, on this homeland awaiting reconstruction, the Justice League is established, albeit in a simple but formal manner. You seven—"
Connors continued playing his part, but was interrupted by Barry halfway through his sentence:
"Wait, buddy, what about you?"
Connors glanced at the "spectator system," already anticipating the reward, and looked at Barry with amusement:
"I'm an outsider."
