Robert Killman might be pleased about this.

"He has returned."
In the sage's chamber, Belisarius Caul was talking to himself, the personalities within his central thought engine resonating with him.
"No, not the former Lord of Macurag."
"I'm getting a little annoyed," Kaul said, stroking the black stone sphere that the Great Sage Gold-306 had given him. He felt a slight discomfort; this unique piece in the galaxy could keep him away from the attention of the High Heavens.
“It is Him,” he said in a low voice, “the false being from back then…the false god who forced the Imperial Regent to abdicate.”
As Kaul recalled Robert Guilliman's last words, the once-mighty giant, clad in blue armor, sat wearily before him, his temples graying and wrinkles creeping up the corners of his eyes.
I need an army.
He says,
I will return eventually. When I do, I will need a new legion—humanity needs a new legion, one that is stronger and more loyal than the current one…
[Meanwhile, it remained hidden in the shadows, unnoticed by anyone.]
Robert Killman's jawline is taut.
I will return eventually and deal with Him myself.

"Old Ma, take a break."
Hades said he and Macardo were walking down a corridor leading to another meeting, and that Macardo was rebuilding the Ministry of the Interior at an incredible speed, as if afraid of being a step too late.
Makado smiled wearily.
"I still don't understand his plan to introduce abominable intelligence... it's blasphemous."
Hades blinked. “It’s a last resort, old man. You and I alone cannot establish the entire empire’s administrative departments. Besides, we are only processing basic data and classifying information at the grassroots level right now.”
Hades, who applied Nirvana in Faos ten thousand years ago, did not shy away from applying Nirvana. The only thing that puzzled him was how his perfectly good pure physical machinery changed its polarity in Neos's hands.
But after checking around, Hades found nothing suspicious except for a faint, blurry psychic energy.
The atmosphere at the time seemed to be a game between the Emperor and Macado, and Hades couldn't get too entangled in it.
He could only console himself that it was just a change in the means of preventing chaos, from anti-psychic to psychic... It seemed that the Emperor wanted to seize control of the [Vicious Arts].
Hades did not object; in fact, he supported it. He believed that if they did not seize certain powers, they would be usurped by other malicious individuals.
But... Hades pondered, what exactly was the Emperor's stance?
Regardless, while the Emperor and Macado were locked in a fierce battle, Hades also added some Ultra Warriors to the mix.
Without knowing what these two were up to, Hades's task was to expand his power, develop productivity, and reclaim the Primarch—the Emperor had already ceded the Primarch's power to him.
Furthermore, if the emperor remains true to his original intentions, he will gladly hand over power to Hades and allow Hades to develop productivity.
Hades didn't want to play with these two old foxes. The real business was to fill the newly formed Ministry of the Interior with his own people and get Nirvana running smoothly.
As an aside, because of the Regency's wrath a thousand years ago, the Imperial Guard did not intervene, which is why Ultra Warrior Uchino has some doubts about this.
Makado merely wore a mocking smile.
“He wasn’t omniscient or omnipotent,” Macado said. “He made far too many mistakes…”
He looked at Hades, who still seemed lost in thought.
"Huh... Oh!"
“I’d like to hear the details,” Hades said. “Well, I still don’t understand why Neos would change my Nirvana for no reason.”
"Such an assessment of him is somewhat inappropriate,"
Makado shook his head. "But...blind arrogance."
He looked at Hades.
Do you know about the First Legion?
"Ok?"
Hades raised an eyebrow. Why bring up the Dark Angel all of a sudden? But it seemed that the Emperor's actions had startled Macado—was Macado trying to undermine his trust with the Emperor?
Given his complete trust in Makado and the absence of any psychic bias towards the Lord of Man, Hades might actually listen to him.
But now, those two... Hades just hopes that he won't get a major shock in the end.
The chances are slim.
"Is it related to the Lord of Humanity?"
"Poor judgment of people."
"More than once, Nirvana is not a good idea, just like the Lion King did," Makado said calmly.
........................
“He once trusted Leon Johnson, the Lion King.”
The old man's voice rang out, "Just like trusting Horus Lupecal."
"So he gave the Lion Empire a treasure that could revive its hopes... gene fragments in the underground laboratory of the palace, which could have given the empire a more powerful army."
…………
Far from Terra, on the land of the alien races, sparse industrial wastewater is discharged. Amidst rows of shacks and abandoned buildings, a tall, mysterious figure hurryes along the path, his green boots splashing mud.
He walked carefully along the black lines that ran through the vast city. These deliberately constructed black stone lines were clearly younger than the city itself; they suppressed the soul and brought death.
It was favored by foreign tribes.
It also provided him with a disguise to avoid Macado.
…………
“I think I’ve heard of this before,” Hades said. “And then?”
…………
Thirty-five minutes later, surrounded by the Dark Eldar, Koz swaggered through the slum-like lair. He exaggeratedly stepped into a long-abandoned house, which turned out to be a hole in the ground... He went inside.
This led to a large tomb, but with his intelligence, Koz wouldn't get lost. Like a bat living there, he quickly found his destination.
...They've already left.
Within the Primarch's cramped space, there were operating tables, nutrient tanks, human corpses from failed experiments, and unfinished fallen angels... but these were not the main focus.
He came only for the treasures the emperor desired.
Koz glanced at one corner of the room, where a hole had been dug out, as if some kind of massive, cylindrical device had once been inserted there, with marks of energy burning in the center.
Now it's completely empty.
【late. 】
Koz said, unsurprisingly.
...............
"The Lion brought this technology back to Caliban, and the Primarch wanted to study it—but he was too arrogant... It's true what they say, this technology was corrupted by Caliban."
Hades knew of the strange corruption on Caliban, not only from the Eye of Terror, but also seemingly from the Ouroboros, one of the three sacred artifacts.
Ouroboros, Tuchucha Engine, and Heart of Plague—these three artifacts together form the artifact of the Ancient Ones. According to Hades, this artifact can excavate the Web and seems to also have the ability to travel through time.
Makado sighed, "By the time I got there, it was too late."
“That genetic data has been completely contaminated and needs to be destroyed, but Leon stubbornly believes that he will not fail and will not disappoint the Lord of Mankind’s expectations—he uses people from Caliban for experiments, and thus creates a rift with some of the progeny in the First Legion.”
Makado looked up at the ceiling, his gaze seemingly piercing through space, and saw the shattered Caliban.
"By the time I arrived, the First Legion had completely split apart. Caliban was broken. He couldn't accept the division of the Legion, the destruction of his home planet, and the failure of the mission entrusted to him by the Lord of Mankind. Leon fled."
"..."
Makado sighed.
"He shouldn't have chosen the lion; he made many wrong choices."
It does sound somewhat similar to the style of the Lion King and the Dark Angel.
Hades looked at Macado.
"Old Ma, when you went to Caliban, was there anything else there, like Chaos, or something other than Chaos?"
For example, ouroboros.
In the original storyline, the destruction of Caliban was orchestrated by the Tuchucha Engine and the Ouroboros, with the Tuchucha Engine possessing its own independent thought process.
Macardo simply stared at Hades, his deep-set eyes clouded.
"No."
"I only saw a son crushed by his father's expectations," Makado said.
"besides……"
Makado continued,
"Watch out for lions."
Did Makado not know about the ouroboros on Caliban?
Hades pushed open the conference room door.
That's strange. The Three Sacred Treasures were the devices that Vashtor desperately sought in the original timeline, and also the powerful aid that the Lord of the Gears hoped to use to ascend to godhood.
“I know Old Huang is unreliable,” Hades said, as he and Macado went inside. “It’s just… a pity about the First Legion. They were a powerful and loyal legion.”
"Stop thinking about those things, Lao Ma. Just focus on being a good servant. Meeting time."
Hades looked at Macado.
The Three Divine Artifacts... He shouldn't be unaware of them.
Yay, it's gone!
Chapter 616 School of Athens
Let them argue.
Hades skillfully picked up the command board, minimizing his presence and expertly ignoring Neos and Macado, who were pulling at each other for the nth time in front of him.
As it turns out, Neos learned quickly how to attract Makado's wrath—perhaps much of it was experience he gained from Hades.
Perhaps they enjoy it.
never mind.
Hades didn't care.
Month after month, day after day, with the "joint" efforts of the three on site, Terra, having cleared out a wave of insects, began to thrive.
Hades could confidently assure everyone that two-thirds of Terra's governance should be attributed to him—one-third handled by Nirvana, one-third by the Ultramarines, and he would approve the rest, and that would be it.
Okay, Makado does most of the work, but most of the data that passes through Makado's hands is approved by the Ultramarines in advance.
Extreme Warrior, it's useful.
During this period, the Lord of Mankind and Makado were clearly vying for power, but Hades didn't care; he would side with whichever side was weaker.
But it is essential to maintain a slight advantage for the Lord of Man over Macado, and then, while they are arguing, slip Ultra Warriors into a corner.
Clearly, in the ensuing conflict, both sides sought Hades's assistance, and in the face of his adversary, Hades's dream of even a little bit of Makulagram became insignificant...
Thanks to Tohadeth, the Five Hundred Worlds soon ushered in a new conscription season.
Hades still has a dream: perhaps he should encourage the Macragans to colonize Terra... or perhaps the Barbarus could too, but so far, apart from the followers of the Underworld, the Storm Starfield remains indifferent to Terra.
Hades could understand them; using Barbarus as an anchor point and Greiel as a springboard, Mortarion had built the southern part of Stormwind into his own fortress.
Loyal to the Primarch, or rather, loyal only to the Death Guard...
cough cough.
It's a miracle that this autonomous region hasn't been targeted by the Central People's Government.
