Some Space Marines tried to fire at the Lord, but unsurprisingly, they were all stopped by the Necromancer's shields.
With each word Gatheros uttered, a laser beam would flash from the complex, the Mark of Death faithfully carrying out its lord's orders.
Even though the Space Marines tried to dodge, the sniping from the Deathmark was still too much for them to handle, and the sniping disrupted their rhythm for a time.
"But it seems to be nothing more than a trick of low-level creatures."
"But what about your own existence, the soulless one?"
"No, not really."
But it doesn't matter, we'll find out once we catch it, Gatheros thought casually.
It's so boring, it might as well talk to its younger brother for a while longer.
"I'm willing to grant you a battle, you lowly creature."
"If you have any tricks up your sleeve, use them if you can."
"If I'm interested in you, I might let you live a full life until you're supposed to die."
As Lord Gatherus reached the last step, the main force of the Necromancers also emerged from the city to the south.

Chapter 163 Destruction
At the top of the tower, the lord of the dead descended from the summit, his emerald green scythe gleaming with a merciless light.
Hades stared silently at the lord of the space necromancers, gripping the obituary in his hand tightly.
His dark domain was ineffective against these undead who had long since lost their souls.
Hades took a deep breath and began to concentrate.
At the same time, he stretched out the hand holding the sickle and pointed to that indistinct place.
“I can fight you, but you have to remove the Death Mark.”
Every minute, the Death Mark precisely takes the life of a Space Marine; these undead with superhuman assassination abilities are weapons that lords despise.
If they respect their opponents, they will not send out Death Marks.
"If you want to fight me, then the Mark of Death is a symbol of disgrace."
Hades stared silently at the other side, unsure if the other was listening. The lord was talking to himself and looked half-mad.
If Gatherus insists on using the Mark of Death, then it will be admitting that it has lowered its status in the upcoming battle against Hades.
Sure enough, Gatheros casually snapped his fingers, and the almost infallible green lights disappeared.
"A beast that chews its tongue."
"Gatheros said dismissively,"
"Now step forward and fight me."
The massive undead army automatically parted around the lord, forming a hollow area, but they continued to advance, the Gauss Lance aimed at the remaining Space Marines.
【Dantiok, the rest is up to you.】
Hades sighed. Although they were about to face a massive army of undead in space, the defensive works they had set up in advance, as well as the dismantled resurrected undead constructs, had reduced their pressure as much as possible.
Faint shouts came from the channel; the berserkers of Grei's Guardian Army were also rushing to their aid without regard for their own safety.
Surprisingly, the Mechanicus's defenders were even more proactive than the Iron Warriors.
Hades leaped out of the trench and walked step by step toward the center of the city, ignoring the space necromancers who had previously been quite enthusiastic towards him.
The closer Hades got to the city center, the more pronounced the strange feeling became; the dense black rocks seemed to be whispering to him, humming and resonating.
My head is itchy.
Hades shook his head. This felt similar to the Black Domain, but there were subtle differences. But now was not the time to dwell on these things.
Finally, they arrived. Gatheros, who was opposite him, raised his scythe and made a solemn gesture, perhaps as a courtesy.
Hades didn't think much of it and copied the action of the person opposite him.
Gatherus scoffed disdainfully.
It didn't matter; Hades just wanted to buy some time, waiting for the Iron Warriors' aerial support and for the berserker hunters to arrive on the battlefield.
Hades' stance—
Gatherus's war scythe came crashing down!
Necromantic technology absorbs energy from the thin air to power itself, while simultaneously causing the surrounding temperature to drop rapidly. Fine frost begins to climb on Hades' armor and then splashes into the air as Hades moves swiftly.
A clanging sound of metal clashing rang out, the force of the opponent was astonishing, not to mention the buzzing heavy energy field, Hades had to use quick dodges to deal with the enemy.
The good news is that Gatheros's martial arts skills and fluidity are not as impressive as he thought.
In an instant, in the ocean of the undead in space, Hades's flying figure and Gatherus's figure became entangled.
too fast!
Gatherus was astonished to realize that this flesh-and-blood creature was bursting with speed that was completely disproportionate to his massive size!
Among the best Deathbringer warriors that Gatheros had ever seen (even those that had undergone modifications), very few could match this quality!
These low-level flesh and blood creatures can actually reach this level of strength?!
Even with its multi-threaded textures, Hades was still clinging to it, just like a scarab beetle stubbornly sticking to it!
For a moment, Hades and Gatheros were locked in a stalemate.
On the other side, Danteok led a mixed force of Deathguards and Iron Warriors to hold off the Necromancers. Thanks to the cramped and uneven terrain created by Hades, the attacking Necromancers were scattered by these obstacles, which greatly relieved the pressure on them.
While firing, Danteok kept a close eye on Hades out of the corner of his eye, and saw the Death Guard's distinctive white and green colors leaving afterimages in the air!
Every attack that Gatheros unleashed was easily dodged!
This Death Guard's attack method was very different from any Death Guard I had seen or heard of before. Death Guards generally tend to take the opponent's attacks, trading minor injuries for serious ones.
But Hades dodged every attack!
"Hold on, Hades!" Looking at the undead lord's massive scythe, which was clearly different from other undead, Danteok realized that if the lord were to strike even once, it would have unimaginable consequences.
Information came from the air that the Steel Warriors' air force was about to gain temporary air superiority over the area.
It was good news, but Danteok stared at the blurry figure, feeling he couldn't tell Hades the good news without disturbing the other side.
Meanwhile, Hades became completely focused, making each of his attacks faster, heavier, and more deadly.
After the heavy blow, the black stone floor beneath Gatherus's feet loosened, and the lord's towering figure swayed slightly.
good chance!
Hades unleashed a powerful cleave, aiming straight for Gatheros's neck!
"No!"
A scream seemed to pierce through time and space as Nas struggled to crawl out of a collapsing structure, witnessing the King about to be—
No, no, no!
"Attack! Attack!"
At the critical moment, Nass overstepped its authority as granted by the regulations! It issued its command directly to the death mark on the ground!
A beam of green light shot straight toward Hades. Time suddenly began to slow down, and Hades watched helplessly as the green light hurtled toward his head.
But this laser beam did not change the established fact: Gatheros's head continued to hover in the air.
Hades, who was swinging the scythe, tried to speed up and dodge. The obituary, which was falling heavily, was lifted up. The green light grazed the scythe of the obituary, and some of the sparks hit the right side of Hades' head.
The helmet instantly turned to dust, and blood splattered everywhere.
Consciousness begins to blur, and gradually one begins to lose control of one's conscious mind.
Hades gritted his teeth, trying to control his body, blood spilling from his mouth.
The buzzing of the black stone grew stronger, and my head started to itch.
My consciousness started to blur. Damn it, why did it start flashing like a revolving lantern?
Stop, stop!
Barbarus, Fourteenth Legion, Mars. Eldar's words flashed through his mind—
Hades' mind went blank.
It was as if a chain had snapped, the golden cage began to peel away, and everything that had been imprisoned was revealed.
Hades stared vaguely at the black and green enemy, the truth from the summit of Mount Barbaros returning to his mind.
That enveloped life and soul
"cough!"
Hades coughed up a mouthful of blood, and the Dark Domain began to boil, causing the entire Black Stone of the Underworld Construct to tremble.
"Run! Run!!!"
Hades shouted toward Danteok, but he knew they wouldn't understand him.
Hades hastily swung his scythe at Gatheros, then began to run like a stray dog. Run, run!
At least get the Death Guard and Iron Warrior out of his own Dark Zone!
His consciousness teetered on the brink of collapse, Hades stubbornly refused to close his eyes, but the whispers of the black stone spoke to him, and the warm resonance quickly overwhelmed him like a tidal wave.
The head, severely damaged by the mark of death, could only see blocks of color before it, but these colors soon turned into large swaths of black and white.
Nas rose from the ruins and rushed to the scene as quickly as possible, pointing his axe at the figure who had shown such disrespect to the king.
Even if the king's consciousness and mind remain, Gatheros will awaken once more in the deepest tomb beneath the earth.
But this alien's actions have clearly crossed Nas's bottom line.
Nash's thought process was trembling.
As the king's sharpest blade, it should tear this alien race apart.
However, Hades, whose vision was blurred, could no longer distinguish between the black undead and the black building, and he charged straight at Nas!
Nass was startled, but it dodged in time and seized the opportunity to swing its axe at Hades—
This was the last straw that broke the camel's back.
Hades, clutching his throat, collapsed to his knees, swallowed by the endless black abyss.
—Dark Domain Eruption—
Meanwhile, the black stone complex of the Necromancers began to resonate with the dark domain erupting from Hades! The dark domain spread out layer by layer, completely covering the entire area!
The space was filled with black and white, distorted images, and nothingness tore everything apart.
Nas looked at the images transmitted back by the undead warriors with a puzzled expression. The alien soldiers who were fighting suddenly collapsed in pain, with only a few still struggling to stand.
It turned around and realized that the offending fellow seemed to have caused a loss to its companion.
"Pathetic fellow," Nass thought.
So it aimed at Hades, who was already beginning to crumble, and swung another axe at his neck—
Green lightning exploded!
Hades unconsciously tilted his head back and let out a mournful cry. Green lightning crackled among the black stone buildings, the only color in this distorted world.
The phantom of a dragon appeared here.
Nas stared in disbelief at that—that whole thing.
Between the towering black stone buildings, a humanoid creature floated in the air. The black stone responded to his call, and green lightning densely coiled around him. An endless void of souls surrounded him, forming a chaotic void.
He was roaring, he was wailing, he was falling apart.
Enormous lightning bolts coiled from the black stone structure, and the undead army was torn apart by the green shockwaves like ants under a child's feet.
That's a Star God! !!!
