She leaned close to her daughter's ear and whispered.
"Sui Sui, the textile factory exam is at nine o'clock tomorrow morning. Mom is going to work right now. Do you want to come with me? I'll get you some good food from the factory canteen to help you recover."
What a coincidence! Tomorrow is Monday, the first day back to work each week. Although there's no meat, if I'm lucky and quick enough at the cafeteria at lunchtime, I might be able to snag a few steamed buns.
Xu Sui thought for a moment, then shook her head and said, "Mom, I won't go with you this morning."
Liu Feng works at a textile factory and usually goes out with Wang Yinhua, so they inevitably run into each other.
