"what!"
The robin cried out and snapped out of her dream, for the dream had only lasted a few seconds and she could see nothing more. She hung up the phone in a fluster and looked at Qiong with shy eyes.
"Robin, what's wrong with you? Your face is all red."
Qiong looked at the robin with a puzzled expression and asked. He didn't actually know the purpose of the dream phone booth. He just saw the robin pick up the phone receiver and stare blankly for a few seconds before his face turned as red as an apple.
"You, get away from me!"
The robin suddenly spread its wings, which were hidden behind its ears, and slapped Qiong across the face like an arm. While he was stunned, the robin hurriedly ran out of the phone booth.
Robin was running down the street, covering her face. She didn't know how to face Qiong. She was still a girl who had never been in love, but she had lost her first kiss. Although it was Qiong's dream, wasn't she in a dream right now? It was as if Qiong had kissed her.
Robin found it hard to imagine how Qiong could materialize herself in her dream, and to materialize herself so similarly, even her reactions were exactly the same. Just how much must she like herself to do that?
To be honest, you can't really blame Qiong for this. After all, he was just dreaming. No one says you can't kiss a girl you like in a dream. This proves that he genuinely likes Robin. Thinking of this, Robin's face turned even redder, completely unaware that he had already walked into the roadway.
When a speeding hovercar honked its horn and charged toward Robin, she was too late to react and avoid it. Just before being hit, Qiongfei pounced on her, grabbed her, and rolled away from the roadway, back onto the sidewalk.
Both of them were lying on the ground. When Robin came to her senses, she found herself being held tightly in Qiong's arms.
"Qiong, are you okay?"
Although the robin knew he wouldn't get hurt in the dream world, he was still worried about Qiong's safety, as he seemed to have been hit by a car while saving him.
"I'm fine, I just got grazed by a car."
Qiong adjusted her posture and stood up, sitting on the ground with the robin, then looked at her with concern.
"Little bird, how could you run around like that? Even if you don't get hurt in the dream world, it will still hurt! I'd be heartbroken."
"Well, sorry."
The robin readily apologized, admitting that it was indeed her fault. She had lost her composure due to the immense emotional shock she had suffered, especially since it was her first kiss.
"What just happened? Why were you so agitated all of a sudden?"
Qiong asked in confusion, and then saw the robin looking at him with a complicated expression, but he couldn't figure out what he had done wrong.
"I... I remembered that the gas at home was still on."
Robin casually made up an excuse, saying that she couldn't explain what she had seen. If she had known it would turn out like this, she wouldn't have looked at Qiong's dream even if she had a thousand reasons. She could only say that the randomness of the numbers was really too unfriendly.
"This...is quite a big deal. I'll take you back then."
Qiong chuckled and made a sarcastic remark, then pulled Robin up from the ground. Seeing that she wasn't in a good mood, he had no choice but to end the date early. Qiong knew the principle of not trying to do too much at once, and he was already very satisfied that the relationship had progressed to this point.
Qiong quickly escorted the robin to the entrance of the family theater, one of the family's bases. Few people knew that the robin lived here, and many preparations for the musical ceremonies were also carried out here.
Would you like to come in and sit down?
The robin said the polite farewell words. The more he interacted with Qiong, the more complicated his thoughts became. The robin did not want to get too close to him, but who could have imagined that he would witness such a thing? Once he started to think about whether Qiong would do even more outrageous things to him in his dreams in the future, the robin felt so ashamed that he would die.
"Great! You bought so much merchandise this time, let me help you decorate the room."
Qiong immediately took the opportunity to climb up the pole. The robin looked at him with an angry expression. She should have known better than to say it. Besides, she hadn't invited Qiong to her room; she had only told him to come to the family's residence for a visit.
Robin couldn't resist Qiong's shamelessness and led him to her room. Unlike the previous lounge, this was her most private place. However, it wasn't a bedroom, but a fully equipped suite. The spacious living room was right inside the entrance, and the bedroom was further away.
Back in her room, Robin finally breathed a sigh of relief. She could finally take off her sunglasses and mask, which were quite stuffy to wear for a long time. It was an inconvenience for a big star. She also took off Qiong's clothes and returned them to him.
Qiong caught his clothes and was reluctant to wear them. He wanted to put them in his dream manual and keep them there, so he could take them out and sniff them when he wanted to see the robin. The little bird had obviously anticipated what Qiong was going to do and warned him with its eyes to put them on quickly and not do anything unnecessary.
Qiong Mei had no choice but to change into her own clothes, at least for now there was still some warmth left from the robin.
Robin then took out the Clockwork Boy merchandise she had bought one by one, and Qiong helped to arrange them neatly. Soon the living room carpet was filled with merchandise, most of which were badges and standees, numbering over a hundred, which looked quite spectacular when displayed together.
There are more than a dozen different Clockwork Boy figurines, and a Clockwork Boy statue that is about 30 centimeters tall. This is a limited edition product, and Qiong almost broke her head to snatch it.
"Looking at these things makes me feel better."
Looking at the merchandise on the ground, Robin couldn't help but smile. Instead of sitting on the sofa, she sat down with her legs bent and muttered to herself.
“When I was very young, the Clockwork Boy cartoon was on TV, and my mother would hold my brother and me and watch it together. Those days feel like they were just yesterday, until... the day the star core fell.”
The robin reminisced about the past and explained why she liked Clockwork Boy. Perhaps it was because she couldn't forget the past and wanted to use it to remember the happy days of her family.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know about that."
Qiong should have been happy. The fact that the robin was willing to talk about her past experiences meant that she cared about her. However, when she heard that it was the Star Core Disaster that had caused her family's destruction, Qiong wanted nothing more than to kill her old father. If the robin knew that she was a Star Core Spirit, her favorability rating would probably drop to zero, and she would be thrown away like trash.
Why are you apologizing? It wasn't your fault.
Robin smiled and shook her head. She didn't know as much as Sunday, but she could more or less guess that Qiong's identity was extraordinary, otherwise he wouldn't be able to stand on the family stage. She didn't care about those scheming and intrigues. As long as Qiong didn't deceive her in matters of the heart and treated her sincerely, that was enough.

Chapter 67
Yes, children, I'm back.
After hearing the devastating news, I've struggled to get to where I am today. I even considered giving up, but I persevered and made it through. Season 2 is finally ready to be released, and I'm grateful to everyone for supporting Lu Xiaobi all this way.
I've been really busy lately, so I'll try to update earlier after it's released and not stay up this late anymore. (:∠)
Chapter 68 Brother, you've struck gold.
"Robin, let's take a picture together."
Qiong took out her phone and spoke to Robin, which made Robin look puzzled. The topic had changed too quickly, and she couldn't keep up.
"Eh? So sudden?"
"Let's keep this as a memento. Set our photo as your screensaver so you can see it every day. Remember to smile and be happy."
Qiong chuckled and raised her phone as she approached the robin, preparing to take a picture from above.
"I haven't agreed yet."
The robin grumbled softly, but when facing the camera, she still habitually smiled, raised her hand to make a peace sign, and posed for a photo with Qiong.
"You must have other things to do, so I won't bother you any longer."
During the date, Qiong wanted to stick to the robin, but he left with a carefree attitude. After taking the photos, he was ready to leave. He had done everything he needed to do and was already very satisfied.
"Thank you, I had a lot of fun today."
Robin saw Qiong to the door of the room, in a good mood. When Qiong first asked her out, she thought she would be in trouble, but from beginning to end, she was actually quite happy. She saw the word "shameless" written all over Qiong's body.
"I've been shameless and ruthless."
Qiong waved to the robin triumphantly. The robin was stunned for a moment, then looked down at its palm before remembering that Qiong had been holding its hand and running around with it all day, thus completing the hand-holding contact.
Robin glared at Qiong reproachfully, but the experience of the two of them running away together in the street was indeed rare. She didn't feel that he was intentionally taking advantage of her; it was just contact in the heat of the moment.
"If birds are born without shackles, then what binds my destiny?"
After saying goodbye to the robin, Sora left humming a song. The robin, of course, heard what she was humming—her famous song, "Save a Heart from Sorrow." Sora had heard it so many times at the Firefly's secret hideout that she knew it by heart.
As Qiong rounded a corner, he suddenly sensed a murderous intent approaching, prompting him to immediately draw his halberd and warily watch the man walking towards him.
"You came out of the robin's room? (The rest of the text appears to be gibberish and unrelated to the previous sentences.)"
Sunday's expression was very gloomy, as if he had stepped in dog poop, lost his wallet, and was being followed by a pervert. He exuded malice from head to toe, and it was all directed at Qiong.
"Yes, yes."
Qiong trembled slightly, clutching his lance to his chest, and said that he felt the aura emanating from Brother Zhou was far more terrifying than that of the Star Core, and even the Great Lord of Annihilation was no more than that.
"What did you do?"
On Sunday, his remaining rationality told him to stay calm and not to fight Qiong right now, but this rationality could only last until Qiong revealed what he had done.
"Of course we discussed our future; I want to marry Little Bird!"
Qiong said resolutely that even if he were to die today, right here, he would shout it out loud: he wanted to be the robin's husband.
"early..."
Sunday's expression seemed to have turned completely dark. He was muttering something to himself, which Qiong couldn't quite make out, only managing to make out some of it.
"First day? Don't rush, Sunday. I know you want to say that we should find an auspicious day, but I'm not very familiar with the Pinocchio calendar. What day do you think would be more suitable for a wedding?"
Qiong scratched her head and asked Sunday curiously, continuing to push Sunday's sanity to the brink. However, her words did bring Sunday back to his senses.
“I meant get out!” Sunday snapped.
"Hey, brother, why are you in such a hurry? Am I, such an outstanding man, not good enough for a robin? Let me tell you, the little bird is determined to marry no one but me. If you don't believe me, ask her later if she has any thoughts about getting married."
Queen Dowager jumped aside to avoid Sunday's roar. He earnestly explained his relationship with the robin to his future brother-in-law. It was clearly a fabrication, but Sunday almost believed him because of his serious expression.
"Brother-in-law, I'm not trying to be mean, but your sister will eventually grow up and leave you. You can't keep her locked up like a cage. Don't you still want to hold your nephew? Even though your sister has a husband, you've also gained a nephew."
"Brother, why are you radiating golden light? Brother, I still have the gas on at home, I'm going now."
Qiong smiled politely at Sunday, then smashed through the window next to her, rolled out onto the street, and disappeared in a second. Sunday couldn't catch up and could only stand there in helpless rage.
Qiong had just escaped from his brother-in-law's pursuit when he picked up his phone to show off, posting a photo of himself with a robin to the Starry Sky Train family group chat.
Ice-type beauty: That damned Qiong boy, he's causing trouble again. Seeing you flirt with girls is more painful than my heartbreak.
Galaxy Handsome Boy: You've never been in love, how do you know how painful heartbreak is?
Ice-type beauty: If I were to break up with someone, I'd punch Qiong twice to vent my anger.
Galaxy Handsome Boy: What does this have to do with me? It's not like I'm the one who broke your heart.
Himeko: Okay, stop arguing. Are you having fun in the dream world?
Galaxy Handsome Boy: I'm super happy.
Ice-type beauty: I'd be quite happy if it weren't for Sora kid jumping on my face, but I always feel like something's not quite right.
Walter: I also made some unpleasant discoveries. The situation is complicated, and it would be best to discuss it in person.
Himeko: Me too. Looks like it's time to come back to reality. Let's meet in my room.
Qiong looked at the messages on his phone with some confusion. He had thought everyone was on vacation, but he hadn't expected Walter and Himeko to be investigating the dream behind his back. However, since the elders had said so, he could only leave the dream.
"By the way, how do we get back?"
Qiong stood there, somewhat bewildered. He had fallen from the sky; was he going to go back up into the sky?
"A-Qiong!"
A voice broke Qiong's thoughts, and he looked at the silver-haired girl running towards him in surprise. Wasn't that Liu Ying?
"Wait a minute, are you really Liu Ying?"
Qiong raised his hand to stop Liuying from getting any closer. He looked the girl up and down and asked with some disbelief.
What are you talking about? Aren't I the one?
Liu Ying paused for a moment, then looked at Qiong with a puzzled expression. Her intuition told her that something might have happened while she was away.
“The Masked Fool impersonated you to trip me up before, so I need to test you before I can trust you.”
Qiong explained, and Liuying frowned slightly. She wasn't worried about Qiong being tricked, but rather about the Masked Fool doing something strange with his appearance.
“Okay, how do you want to test it?” Firefly nodded and asked.
Chapter 69 This is a Reward
"do you like me?"
Qiong asked directly. Liu Ying stood there, her eyes gradually losing focus, as if a storm was brewing in her mind.
"This, that, no, that's not it..."
Liu Ying raised her hands and shook her head repeatedly, saying that she could never say she liked Qiong. Even if she had such thoughts, she couldn't say them out loud. But she didn't want to say that she didn't like Qiong either. He was the first person to say that he would help her treat entropy disorder, and he didn't distance himself from her because of his terminal illness. How could Liu Ying not like him?
"Alright, you really are. The Masked Fool has never been in love, so he can't make this innocent girlish expression. Ah Ying, you're so cute."
Qiong stepped forward, took Liuying's hand, and said with a smile, "Liuying's expression just now could be recorded in a textbook of all kinds of girlish behavior. That kind of shy look in front of someone she likes, which made my heart melt."
"You hate it!"
Umbrella q$ Qi Qiong Liu Ying realized that she had been tricked by Qiong. He only wanted to see her expression, not hear her answer. She was immediately embarrassed and annoyed and raised her hand to slap him, but the force was very light, just like a coquettish act.
"Damn Star Core Spirit, did I dig up your ancestral grave? You're making fun of me now."
An untimely voice interrupted between the two. Qiong and Liuying turned to look and saw that the blue-haired Sangbo had appeared out of nowhere, looking very unhappy. Did he think he had never been in a relationship because he was eating Qiong's rice?
"Look, it's the fake Sambo. You like dressing up as a man so much, huh?"
Qiong complained, "I didn't expect that the Masked Fool would show up when I mentioned her. She's like a persistent ghost."
"Looks like you didn't take my advice to heart at all... What a pity, that girl really fascinates you?" (II) Jiu
