Chapter 15: Detonate the Valley! Horn's Promise!

Smoke and fire filled the entire valley.
Dozens of terrorists were reduced to just a dozen or so in less than two minutes under crossfire.
They hid in blind spots, making it difficult for the Cheetah Sixth Team on the hilltop and Horn and Natasha in the valley to deal with them.

The sounds of intense gunfire came from behind a small hill in front of them.
According to Horn's calculations, the rendezvous point would be reached once this hill was crossed.
"What's going on? Has the armed squad arrived yet?"
Tony, who was following behind Horn, was startled.
"It's Team C, who's there to pick us up, helping us tie down one of the armed teams."
Horn gestured for them to take cover, then climbed up the hill alone and looked in the direction from which the gunfire was coming.
He discovered that Squad C was using armored vehicles as cover to hold off a 30-man armed squad, preventing them from advancing an inch.
"Shall we go over and help them?"
Tony put Ethan down and prepared to go up and help.
"No need, you stay here, Natasha and I will take care of them."
Horn quickly stopped him. If Tony's Mark armor were equipped with weapons, it would be fine, but it was only a half-finished product with a single attack method, making it too dangerous to go up there.
"Okay, be careful."
Tony didn't insist and nodded in agreement.
That's just how he is; he has never doubted what Horn said, whether he was a child or now, he is willing to believe him unconditionally.
