"I wanted her to stay," Lucy said, "but she's gone so far that she's disappeared from sight."
Connors casually pointed in a direction:
"Head in this direction and chase after her with all your might; you can catch up with her before she leaves."
Without a moment's hesitation, Lucy grabbed her longsword and ran, not even bothering to look after Connors who was left behind.
Just as she was walking through a grove of trees and feeling lost, Connors, whom she thought had been left behind, was already waiting and gave Lucy directions again.
